the yoga master

i started doing yoga about...3 or 4 weeks ago.
i am in love.
it's amazing. it doesn't even feel like a workout but your sore the next day!
it's a relaxation time that doubles as exercise!
and if you know me,  you know how much i hate exercise.
running, walking, weight lifting..YUCK
but i'm actually seeing results. i can touch my toes and hold it for a full 2 seconds!
which is good for me, because i couldn't even come close before.
and i can do full tree pose for a half minute with each leg.
